Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Servo Dynamics S04-2245-103-2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Semikron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nadex product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Semikron such as the SKM40GD124DH8 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SHND69800ANTH manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S491V10 by Manufacturer Nadex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Control-Techniques Brand SP2404 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Indramat such as TDM12100300W12 equipment made by Indramat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Indramat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Indramat" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TDM12050300W1115 made by Indramat as well as the popular S3CPR original spares produced by Markem

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SKT60016E by Semikron and TDM12100300W12 spares by Indramat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SV3700PPH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Panasonic.
